This burger was as good as it looks. Very juicy. Maybe I have a sweet tooth I liked the relish sauce =)

At Wabora, they definately love their sauces and seem to follow the doctrine more is better. If you're afraid of heat, none of the rolls that say they're spicy are actually that spicy. There's a mild heat, but it disappears quickly. Again, whatever distinctive qualities these hot sauces had, they were just muted and muddled on the plate. With so many textures and flavours at play, this dish would've benefited from a little restraint. However, with so many ingredients, the roll was extremely well

It was hard to distinguish what was unique about these sauces since they were mixed together, making it rather pointless to have all thoses sauces there on one plate. Unlike a lot of crab found in other sushi joints, which is usually bland, the crabmeat and the crabstick here was tender and sweet and offered a subtle mix of textures.

It's almost too pretty to eat, but you're going to want to knock this one down. Even though the tuna was milled, it still maintained a firm texture and the spice was spot, allowing the delicate flavour of tuna to still shine. There didn't appear to be wasabi in the rice, but it was drizzled on the plate if you wanted the extra heat. Forgo dipping this one in soy sauce. It's fresh, simple, and perfect all on its own.
